Synopsis...

Clary Fray just wishes that her life would go back to normal. And Clary's only chance to help her mother is to track down rogue Shadowhunter Valentine, who is probably insane, certainly evil — and also her father.

Yet again, Cassandra Clare hasn't failed to capture our imagination and moulded our minds to her preference. A fantastic way to continue the series. Gripping from the very first words. We as readers have the pleasure of watching the characters grow into fierce fighters who can control what goes on and have the power to stop it. A roller coaster ride of a book, never stopping for you to step off until the last page. I must admit, this book is more gory than City of Bones, its not very graphic but still....there's quite a substantial amount of blood in this one. At times in this book, I literally gasped out loud because I was just completely in awe of the plot and what was happening.....page 180:'( Another fantastic flick through, can't wait till City of Glass. 5/5 A* once again:)
